About
Account is another large project I worked on at I SAW IT FIRST. The aim of this project was to condense and re-structure the account information page, creating a single touch point for users with any account related queries. This project required me to put the users needs and expectations at the forefront of the re-design, whilst also taking into account stakeholders expectations and recommendations.
The Problem
The current user flow and functionality of the account area does not separate information out in an efficient way and no longer represents the brand.
My Role
